Lucifer is capable of manipulating objects through telekinesis and reality warping. Can he do so around your character? Are they able to prevent this ability?: well, considering she's a drunkard and a cynic, she warps her own reality quite enough for the world to get on with... But sure, have at it...! lol~ i mean, how much worse could Luci really make her reality? xD
Lucifer is capable of mind-reading and may want to do so to mess with your character's head. Are they resistant to mind-reading? Are there any limitations to what he can see?: well.. considering she's pretty much always drunk or hungover or some in-between stage of either state, i'd say that her thoughts are pretty much always a mess and difficult to sort out...!
