Permissions/Opt-Out

Lucifer is... well, he's literally the Devil. He's cruel, manipulative, condescending and has no concept of asking permission, so if that's not your bag, drop me a line! Feel free to either comment here or contact me through PM/AIM/whatever.
A quick rundown on some of Luci's powers:
Reality manipulation: He can change objects into other objects, but he can't make something out of nothing. He can also use telekinesis to move objects or people around, possibly violently if he so chose.
Perception: He's an angel, so he can sort of feel when other weird or non-human things are about.
Superstrength/stamina: Pretty self-explanatory. He's stronger than a human and doesn't get tired.
Mind-Reading: He can shuffle around in people's brains to find thoughts, memories, emotions, etc.
Regeneration/Healing: He can heal himself and, technically, others. Makes him real hard to hurt and he's not likely to start patching people up, but hey, stranger things have happened before.
Below is a form with some general permissions/opt-outs, but feel free to add more as needed.

Fighting with this character: Definitely! Lucifer isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and he doesn't fight fair. Not that it's entirely fair to begin with, since he's an archangel with special angel powers, but hey.
Injuring this character: Sure, go ahead. It's really hard to hurt him severely, but if your character can, just drop me a line first.
Killing this character: Good luck. Also, please ask.
Using telepathy/mind-reading: The last person who tried to do this on an angel got her eyes burned out of her skull, so it's probably not a good idea. If you'd like to try it or your character is protected against angelic brown-notes, let me know and we can work something out.

Can Lucifer sense anything supernatural/otherly about your character, and if so, what?: There's nothing supernatural about him exactly... As was made obvious in our thread, he's got a few implants. There's also a sociopathic megalomaniac AI chilling out in his head, but that's not really 'supernatural' as much as it is 'fancy computer virus'
Are there any limitations on Lucifer injuring your character?: Nope! Feel free to have a blanket permission to punch him or shove him around a little. Anything that would do more than slightly bruise him would probably be fine, but I'd like to hash it out first!
Lucifer is capable of manipulating objects through telekinesis and reality warping. Can he do so around your character? Are they able to prevent this ability?: He can and Rhys can't do beans to stop it.
Lucifer is capable of mind-reading and may want to do so to mess with your character's head. Are they resistant to mind-reading? Are there any limitations to what he can see?: Yessss please do this. As I mentioned before, Rhys has a piggyback AI in his head. Occasionally it manifests itself in a visual and auditory hallucination that only Rhys can see and hear. Lucifer is welcome to find out about it, though Rhys won't be happy that he can. More info on it can be found here. Rhys can't do anything to stop him, though Jack might be interested in having a chat, if he could.

Can Lucifer sense anything supernatural/otherly about your character, and if so, what?: Cullen was a templar, and so he was trained at nullifying magic. His skills came from a drug called lyrium, which gave him access to manipulate the Fade- the source of magic in his world. He was addicted to lyrium for a good decade before quitting recently. Lucy is free to sense that!
Are there any limitations on Lucifer injuring your character?: Please let me know first!
Lucifer is capable of manipulating objects through telekinesis and reality warping. Can he do so around your character? Are they able to prevent this ability?: Cullen is relearning how to use templar nullification skills without lyrium. He's pretty bad at it thusfar though, but he'd definitely try. He has a Thing about uncontrolled magic around him and will probably definitely for reals panic if he doesn't know what's going on.

Cullen is more resistant than the average person at mind reading, probably, but without lyrium his abilities have tanked. So mind reading is okay, but he's maybe a little more guarded than a regular person?
